The conference will be held from Wednesday, June 23 – Sunday, June 27, 2010. A Welcome Reception and Salute Competition will take place on Thursday, June 24th at 7 pm.
A Fraternity Picture will be taken on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial on Sunday, June 27, 2010 at 11:30am.
National Board members should arrive Wednesday, June 23rd for the Recognition Dinner or before 3 pm on June 24th to attend the National Board Meeting.

The registration costs will be at $185 per attendee for early registration and will end on April 30, 2010. Registration fees will increase as the date nears the Convention.

Privilege Date: Active Alumni and Spring 2010 Brothers who wants to attend the conference will pay the $185 rate until May 31, 2010. Regular rates will apply after privilege date has past.
Extra banquet tickets can be purchased for brothers, friends, family members or guest at $75.00, $85.00 or $95.00 depending on the timeframe purchased.
As we celebrate our 35th Anniversary, the National Executive Board is planning the formal 35th Anniversary Gala in Nov/Dec 2010 in New Jersey. The decision to change was decided to celebrate the two symbolic moments and give each one its own distinct celebration and not to overshadow or repeat.
The Convention Package includes the convention registration cost, the morning and/or afternoon breaks, welcoming reception, luncheon awards entrance, entertainment, printed materials, sovernir(s), vendors, and workshops and general sessions.

You can begin making reservations for your stay in Washington DC today and must reserve your room prior to June 6, 2010 in order to take advantage of the conference rate. Please keep in mind we have only reserved 50 rooms, therefore once the rooms are booked the hotel will charge their normal rate.
The Programming Committee has acquired an excellent rate for this year’s conference hotel at $99 per room. This pricing includes single or double occupancy. Additional cost will be issued for more guests in a room up till 4 maximum per room.
The closest airport is Reagan National however you might find a better deal or more flights available at Dulles International Airport. Explore your options as cost will always be a major factor.
