1. What if I just want to go to the Convention, no meals or no banquet?
   The Convention fee includes meals throughout the day and the awards gala. If you choose not to eat those meals or attend the awards gala the price still remains the same. The package is a great value and will save brothers money. The Convention package price remains $150 before April 15th; $175 from April 16th to May 31st; and $200 after June 1st.
2. What if I just want to go to the Convention and banquet, no other meals?

3. What if I'm only going on Saturday events?
   The Convention is scheduled from Thursday - Sunday, not only Saturday. We encourage all attendees to arrive on Thursday early evening to partake in the full weekend of events. If you arrive on Saturday, you will only be allowed to partake in the awards gala that evening. If brothers are just going to attend the Awards Banquet, it will cost them $85.00 a ticket. Note: If you are an undergraduate, your attendance will not count as representation towards your chapter. Also be aware the banquet hall is very limited, therefore Convention attendees and their invitee (date) will have priority and we can not assure capability.
4. What if I'm only going go to the banquet?
   If brothers are just going to attend the Awards Banquet, it will cost them $85.00 a ticket. Note: If you are an undergraduate, your attendance will not count as representation towards your chapter. Also be aware the banquet hall is very limited, therefore Convention attendees and their invitee (date) will have priority and we can not assure capability. We would also encourage buying your banquet ticket as soon as possible to avoid over capacity.
5. What if I'm just want to go to the Convention and I want the package, but no banquet?
   The Convention package includes the awards gala. If you choose not to attend the awards gala the price still remains the same. Broken down, the Convention package is a $200 value, the National Executive Board and Programming Committee is working extremely hard trying to find sponsorships to supplement the discounted rate. The package is a great value and will save brothers money. The Convention package price remains $150 before April 15th; $175 from April 16th to May 31st; and $200 after June 1st.
6. What will distinguish me from other brothers who do did not buy a Convention package?
   We are working extremely hard to make this Convention the best ever. Luckily we have a great hotel staff that are responsive to our needs. With the help of the hotel, we will issue registered brothers badges to wear around the hotel. The hotel wants to make sure only those registered Convention attendees are at their property. Badges are to be worn at all times.
7. Do I have to stay at the Holiday Inn Hotel, where the Convention is located?
   The simple answer is NO, however the rate we obtain is one of the less expensive in San Francisco. You will not find an equal caliber hotel with the same rate. The rate of double occupancy is $139 per night, not included fees and taxes.
8. What if more than two of us want to stay in the same hotel room?
   Room rate $139 plus any additional fees the hotel may want to charge for more the double occupancy.
9. What if my wife and children want to also eat with the provided Convention meals?
   We do not encourage family members to partake in the Convention meals as calculating enough food for brothers is difficult enough. The hotel offers various eateries where family members can obtain meals at their own cost.
